Meet Pastor Beomseon Hong

Pastor Beomseon Hong is a compassionate and creative pastor who believes the church should be a place where people experience God’s love in real, everyday life. His ministry centers on helping others rediscover faith through grace, forgiveness, and community.

Born and raised in a pastor’s family in Korea, Pastor Beomseon’s call to ministry was shaped not by expectation, but by encounter—through moments of doubt, renewal, and the unmistakable grace of God. His journey has taken him across Korea, England, and the United States, and his experience serving a Japanese-speaking community has given him a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and faith expressed through everyday life.

Fluent in Korean, Japanese, and English, he has served diverse congregations with warmth and humility. His preaching often focuses on themes of living by the Word of God, loving boldly, and leading courageously—encouraging believers to live out faith with integrity and compassion in a complex world.

Pastor Beomseon’s ministry goes beyond the pulpit. He brings creativity and practicality to his service—using his hobbies like cooking and information technology to build bridges and strengthen church life. From preparing shared meals that foster fellowship to designing digital and media systems that connect worshippers near and far, he sees every skill as a gift from God to serve others. His recent work includes creating inspirational outreach materials, guiding children’s ministry with joy, and helping people reconnect with church through thoughtful, welcoming messages.

He serves alongside his wife, Hyerim Jung, and their daughter, Seoah Hong, who share his love for community and hospitality. Together, they embody a ministry rooted in warmth, gratitude, and hope.
